 siRNA Optimization Hello everyone, Please I am performing siRNA Optimization experiment with Dharmacon siARRY Optimization Plate 1E. I am using CellTiter-Glo Cell viability for Luminescence assay from Promega, KDalert for GAPDH gene knockdown assessment from Ambion and RT-PCR. My questions are: 1. Has anyone used Dharmacon siARRAY Optimization plates to share his/her experience on the best methods to assess GAPDH knock down, best transfection reagent and best cell numbers for siRNA experiment. 2. Where can I get good relevant interpretated data for calorimetric method using KDalert system. 3. Does anyone know where I can get sample protocols of the best methods used to assess Dharmacon siARRAY Optimization plates in details? Thank you, Danjuma.  |
