| Re: RNAi Discovered Several times I tried to run my pcr products on 1% agarose gel without success.Either I get very faint bands or none at all.I have tried with products of 1300 base pairs and those of 3900 to 4000 base pairs with the same result. I need to say that I used syber green for staining for about 25 to 30 minutes after the gel electrophoresis. Can someone please tell me what the problem is? Cyril |
