Default dsRNA viruses and plants

Hi
as we know that plant being eukaryotes contain machinary to cleave dsRNA into small dsRNA fragments, know as siRNA by the involvement of DICER, so i want to know that whether dsRNA viruses are degarded in plant by this mechanism or dsRNA virus have developed some way to escape from DICER.

Regards
aftab
