Default siRNA design websites and databases

I am looking to generate a small shRNA library and have been searching using various siRNA design engines... oligo engine, RNAi codex (Hannon library), broad institute / Whitehead... Does anyone know whether one is better than the other or if any one has ever compared the sequences generated by different engines? Do they yield the same sequences / use the same rules for generating sequences?

Thank you for your help.
