 miRNA target Dear all: I recently found in the 3’-untranslated region (3’-UTR) of mRNA for my rat gene of interest a putative target for micro-RNA (miRNA). I did not find such miRNA among those that are currently characterized. I believe this may be because this specific miRNA is not yet identified. I want to extract total small RNAs. However, I do not know how to isolate from this mixture of small RNAs the one that may be specific for the target sequence in 3’-UTR of my gene. Hybridization, annealing, kits, chips? Is there something that you can propose? Please, help.  Thank you Andy        |
