Default siRNA and stable transfection of stem cells

Hi
I am looking for the best available vector to transfect my mouse ESCs with some siRNAs (rather shRNA). Have so far looked at the invitrogen and clontech as options and would preferrably like to do an inducer system. Can any one tell me what are the difficulties and which is the best vector known??
I am told stem cells tend to cause promotor silencing and so I should be looking at several promotors not that I fully get it but can you help?

Thanks
