what are the differences between siRNA and miRNA? what are the differences between siRNA and miRNA? |
Re: what are the differences between siRNA and miRNA? Hi miRNA and siRNA are classified on the basis of their origin. (1)miRNA generated from an endogenous hairpin transcript and regulate the expression of another gene (trans regulator). it prevent the expression of protein (2) siRNA generated from exogenous dsRNA molecules (outside of a cell),virus or expression of overlapping gene to form a dsRNA. siRNA regulate the expression of sequence from which itself originate. It work by degrading the complementary DNA sequence. |
Re: what are the differences between siRNA and miRNA? THANK YOU FIROZ AHMED FOR YOU EXPLAIN. I HAVE QUESTION FOR YOU . FOR EXAMPLE: siRNA IF VIRUS INSIDE IN CELL. THE RNA (virus) REGULATE LA EXPRESION OF SEQUENCE IN CELL FOR MORE RNA OF VIRUS. AND DNA OF CELL WORK BY DEGRADING? THANK YOU FOR YOU ATTENTION BYE FOR NOW MARGARITA |
Re: what are the differences between siRNA and miRNA? can you then say that you will "construct" miRNA into a AAV virus? or those are shRNA, by definition thanks! Ana |
