 Rna-rna emsa Hi I need to test if a sRNA and mRNA interact, I'm using a RNA-RNA EMSA protocol published in Molecular Microbiology (2007) 64(5), 1260–1273, but I don't see a shift in the migration of sRNA (which is radiolabeled) in presence of different concentrations of mRNA . Both RNAs are of 100bp, I have used 5 to 9% native polyacrylamide gels. So if somebody has recomendations to detect the interaction, i will be grateful.
