Question Tips for nice RNA gels

Hi all,

Does anyone have tips for making a really nice RNA gel? My gels are always a bit blurry, with smiley bands, etc. What do you do differently when you need a beautiful gel for a publication or something?

Cheers,

Adam

PS. My standard gel is 1% agarose, 1X MOPS, 1.25mL formaldehyde/50mL gel.
