 RNA v mRNA qPCR Hey guys, I have gotten back array results and I am looking to repeat looking a selected few genes. As I know that in the array , purified mRNA was used, I am worried that doing a total RNA extraction -cDNA -qPCR plan may yield different results. Anyone have an opinion on this? Thanks guys Rob  |
