viral RNA isolation from mussels
 

I have to isolate viral RNA from mussels, and I only have QIAamp Viral RNA Mini Kit. Do I have to treat the mussels with PSB before starting the QIAamp Viral RNA Mini protokol? Or, should I make the isolation with other Qiagen isolation kit? :sad_cry::sad_cry::sad_cry::sad_cry: I don't know what to do.... can somebody help me, please.....

You should be fine, save some tissue samples in as backup.
