| Apologies for cross-posting in the RNA forum... I am trying to find the most elegant way to identify all of the RNA that I obtain from an extraction - from protein produced in E. coli. My idea involves using a 3' RNA tailing kit to poly adenylate all RNA and then find some way to ligate stuff to the 5' ends and then use RT-PCR. Any other ideas? |
