 Help with Northern Blotting Hi I'm having problems with Northern blotting with DIG-labeled oligonucleotide probes. I've been using Roche's DIG Easy Hyb Granules, but am now going to try modified Church's buffers instead. I am certain that hybridization is the problem, and not the blot or detection. I am using charged nylon and DIG tailed 30-mer oligos for r25s, elongation factor1-alpha and extensin/ extensin-like mRNA. Once I get this down, I will be using these probes for ISH. If any one has advice to offer, I would appreciate any help. Thanks!  |
