 Chloroform only clean up step? Hi all, How common/useful is it to do a chloroform only extraction after first performing an acid-phenol chloroform extraction? Say i recover the aqueous phase after centrifuging with acid-phenol chloroform, then to this aqueous phase I then add an equal volume of pure chloroform and centrifuge again and recover the aqueous phase before precipitating the RNA  |
