I am trying to do an RNA Shift assay...

are there any non-radioactive methods for EMSA?
I dont want to use p32!

There are many ways to do non-radioactive RNA EMSA.

the best way is using the Pierce Lightshift Chemiluminescent Kit

Hey there Mustard.

Yeah the Pierce kit is pretty good. Hope they decrease their prices though as the kit is about $700.

I usually reuse most of the reagents and they still work after 1-4 times reuse.

does anyone have the experience how to get the biotin labeled DNA and how to measure the concentration of DNA?

do you have any tricks about handling the biotin labeled DNA?
