Cool Can I Freeze My Cells and Extract RNA?

Hello everyone, I was wondering as right now i dont have the time to do an RNA extraction from my cells.

I transfected them with an RNAi by the way.

Is there any way i can still keep the cells for a couple days (frozen?) and then do the RNA extraction?
thanks alot

well, i think you can do. collect your cells by centrifugation and freez them in liquid nitrogen untill you want to extract your RNA. so when you need take it out and immediatly process it. Hopefully there will not be any problem.

best of luck for you
