Question RNA Transport

Hello,
I'm glad to be here. I need to know if somebody can help me: I need to transport purified RNA: Do You know if I can do it with this RNA dissecated in any way? Or if are there any way to avoid the transport in dry ice? Thanks.

Default Re: RNA Transport

If you have a high amount of RNA you can precipitate and ship the RNA pellet in 75% EtOH. You could also lyophilize/speedvac the RNA, but this is best for short nucleotides like primers, that will dissolve easily later on.
