 Running an RNA in Agarose gel without formaldihyde Hello Let me know how to run an RNA in Agarose Gel without formaldihyde just to check the RNA of my Plant sample. Let me know the % of agarose and quantity of RNA and loading buffer to be added  |

 Re: Running an RNA in Agarose gel without formaldihyde Just run ~500ng RNA in a 0.5-0.7% TBE agarose gel as you would for DNA. |
