Hi
i think you should specifically ask in which reference you need information about dsRNA, as many viruses are present in dsRNA form like HCV, HIV etc, or recently a very hot area of investigation is RNAi in which we use dsRNA to post transcriptionally silence the genes.
well dsRNA does not usually present in common but just like DNA in this case the two strands of RNA are complementary to each other so they fold back and hyberdize each other to form dsRNA.
there is need to add more coments.
