Hi,

Do anyone have a recipie of denature RNA gel with agarose in TBE buffer (not in MOPS). Plz give me detailed info of sample preparation too for this method.

Hi Aaina

I run isolated RNA on agarose gel prepared in TBE. For TBE 1X 500 ml (DEPC water) preparation; you use:
6.057 g tris
0.292 g EDTA
3.09 g boric acid in DEPC treated water.
