 Rna Emsa Hello. Glad to know There are some RNA EMSA experts here. Could anyone help me out? I have problem in my RNA EMSA. There is RNA-protein complex in my EMSA. But the bands are not as sharp as I saw in the literatures. And When the protein amount is increased, the complex band didnt become stronger, but more smears in the gel.  Any suggestions? Thank you!
