| hi guys! i am using Biopython. i got this hairpin.fa file containing all types of miRNAs with id,name and sequences. now i am only interested in the homosapien miRNAs. could someone tell me how to extract them form the file.? i had wanted to attach the file here but the upload failed. so please go to the link below and download the file "hairpin.fa" [Only registered users see links. ] please help me.i am new in using python and moreover biopython |
