Yeast RNA extraction
 

Hello all, just wondering if anyone has a good method that wouldn't involve a kit or anything. I have a pretty good method, and the only thing is my Phenol:Chloroform pH is off, so I guess I will just adjust it down with acid, but I am a little hesitant just because I don't know chemicals, haha, I'm a biologist dammit!
