Unhappy Aluminium titration

Hi All,

I am interested in titrating Aluminium into nucleic acid and looks for structural changes. I want to maintain the pH constant throughout the titration, i.e. 0uM Al to 1mM Al range. At what pH should i perform this titration? What buffer is more appropriate? and what counterion should be use for the aluminium?

Thanks!
