 5x mops I am new to making 5x MOPS buffer. Has anyone made this before? If so, did it look yellow after autoclaving. Also, I had to add 19 pellets of NaOH to raise the pH to 7. Does this sound normal? I know it is a strong buffer, but this seemed like a lot. Thanks.  by the way, this was for a 1000ml solution Last edited by wolfman; 09-20-2010 at 11:22 PM.  |
