| dear all, I produce a trimeric complex with one T7-tagged protein. Classicaly, elution is performed using a low pH buffer. But in my case, low pH induces complex dissociation. Do you think it's possible to perform elution using a T7 petptide as for the FLAG tag ? thank you! Best regards Nico |

| what about engineering a protein cleavage site between the T7 tag and your protein; cleaving off your protein complex first, then cleaning up the column by low pH wash that elutes your T7 tag? |
