| Hi there, I am investigating the possibilty of improving recombinant proteins (rP) using a Hexokinase two construct. The idea is to up-regulate the amount of viable CHO-K1 cells i.e. the amount of rP. (exploring if this can be done transiently) I am hoping to acquire some CHO cells (type unknown) that are producing HK2stably and this leads to my question. 1) If the Hk2 is stably being produced by CHO-K1 will I be able to directly compare productivites even though they are from different sources? 2) If I have a different CHO-Mod type i.e. different to CHO-K1 what analysis can I do using these cells??? Any I deas and help would be greatly appreciated, Many thanks, PlayerJS |
