 Remove Albumin Contamination from Purification Protein Hi im going to purify my His-tagged protein from a cell culture medium. However i just ran a SDS-PAGE and found that albumin was there as a thick band in the gel! How will albumin affect my purification process? I was using column from GE healthcare (His-trap FF) will albumin bind to the column? Are there any ways of removing albumin? thanks again! Last edited by admin; 02-26-2008 at 11:50 AM.        |
