| Hi, I wanted to ask you. I am going to do quantitative multiplex real-time using TaqMan probes (triplex). Do you have any idea which mastermix would be the most suitable? Another thing is, that this protocol will be applied on food samples, so there is a big possibility that there will be some inhibitors despite the DNA isolation method. So I have to consider this too when choosing master mix.. Thanks Lucka |
