Default housekeeping genes change in transfected HEK293 cells

Hi everyone

I checked 4 different housekeeping genes to find out the best one for HEK293 cells. But all of them (GAPDH, HPRT, 36B4 and beta actin) expressed different in normal HEK and transfected HEK. My target genes changed but not much. So the result of relative qRTPCR with HEK was not meaningful. Is there anyone have same story or idees to figure out this problem?

thanks a lot!!!
