LightCycler 480 software Question

Is there anyway to import a set of Cp values into a seperate run. I need to repeat a run for one one of my cDNA samples, and want to import the new runs I do with the new cDNA, to replace the Cp values in the old run, because the rest of the samples in that run are good.

negative you cant. but if you have research database you can use software more flexible.

hi maybe you set it as an external standard curve, import the values, than set as unknowns ?
