| Went to use the iCycler qPCR machine and the computer that is attached to it crashed I have already prepared my samples for qPCR (primers, sybr green, DNA). Can I keep my samples @ 4C overnight and run on the machine tomorrow? Or should I move them to -20C or run with fresh samples? |

| If you already made a PCR mix better don't store either in 4 or -20 do it freshly. i already had a bad experience by storing pcr mix. Main problem you will see big primer dimer peak in melt curve. |
