Question Abnormal fluorescence signal from High resolution melting (HRM) experiments

Hi everyone,

I performed High resolution melting (HRM) analysis on ABI 7500 fast ,Applied Biosystem for detection DNA methylation. I used Syto9 as intercalating dye.
Now I have a serious problem with abnormal fluorescence signal from High resolution melting. (See attached Pictures)
Could you please advise me, what’s wrong with them and how to solve this problem?

Thank you,
Bamboo
