 Qiagen as a Real Time PCR brand? ---important--- Hello Can you give me all or most brands of real time PCR machine. What brand do you advise me? We are planning to buy Rotor-Gene Q 6plex System (qiagen) but we couldnt be sure ad need to your recommendations... I am waiting forward you message Thank you very much  |

| Re: Qiagen as a Real Time PCR brand? ---important--- Hi, there are so many qPCR machine in the market like ABI, Biorad, Eppendorf, Roche... I have 2 ABI in the lab, 7500 & stepOneplus. The plate form system is more convenient than rotary type. You can purchase a thermal cycler with removable optical laser detector block, then you can use it as normal thermal cycler if not running for qPCR. |
