| Hi there I am designing an allele specific real time pcr to detect a mutation in the RT of HIV-1 using a dye syto9. The primers I have design are LNA primers specific for this mutation. Unfortunately i have trouble with the flourence signal. There is almost no signal. Can any one help. |
