 Design PCR primers and check them for specificity Hey Guys, is someone familiar with the NCBI "How to Design PCR primers and check them for specificity". i want to design primer for influenza viruses, what i should include in "orginasm" and "database" for Primer Pair Specificity Checking Parameters. thanks  |
