Default Design PCR primers and check them for specificity

Hey Guys,
is someone familiar with the NCBI "How to Design PCR primers and check them for specificity".
i want to design primer for influenza viruses, what i should include in "orginasm" and "database" for Primer Pair Specificity Checking Parameters.
thanks

for primer specificity, u can blast your primer sequence against accessible database, like NCBI - [Only registered users see links. ]
