what is the best housekeeping gene? - erythroid cells Hello everyone I want to determine gene expression in two different sorted populations of erythroid cells (early and late erythroids), but the two housekeeping genes I have used (actin and GAPDH) are not constant among my samples. I am trying to figure out what other two housekeeping genes to try and I was planning on trying Beta-2-microglobulin and glucuronidase. Has anyone looked into expression in erythroid cells and if so, what housekeeping genes worked for you? Thanks in advance for your help. Marilyn |
