what is the best housekeeping gene? - erythroid cells
I want to determine gene expression in two different sorted populations of erythroid cells (early and late erythroids), but the two housekeeping genes I have used (actin and GAPDH) are not constant among my samples. I am trying to figure out what other two housekeeping genes to try and I was planning on trying Beta-2-microglobulin and glucuronidase. Has anyone looked into expression in erythroid cells and if so, what housekeeping genes worked for you? Thanks in advance for your help.

GUSB work good in blood cells, you can try it
