Real Time PCR Help on Delta Delta Ct

Hello All,

I'm having problems figuring out the standard deviation and SEM after performing the 2^-delta delta Ct analysis. I understand how to propagate the calculated SD for the gene of interest and the housekeeping up to the delta delta ct, but not after that point. I have also tried reading a pdf put together by ABI to see how they obtain the SD and SEM, but they are very vague on how these values are obtained. I have attached the ABI guide and a set of sample Ct values in two separate pdf files within a zip file. It would be very great if someone could show me step by step as to how they would be able to obtain the SD and SEM values needed for the bar graphs after performing 2^-delta delta Ct.
