| Hi everybody, I’ trying to make some high melting resolution experiments with unlabelled probes. Does some body have experience in the 3’end modification of oligo probes? I’ve just bought some probes with 3’ amino C6 modification but it seems doesn’t match with the synthetic amplicons and I’ can not understand why. Does somebody has any explanation or suggestion? Many thanks in advances. |
