Default HMR with unfluorescent probes

Hi everybody,
Ií trying to make some high melting resolution experiments with unlabelled probes. Does some body have experience in the 3íend modification of oligo probes? Iíve just bought some probes with 3í amino C6 modification but it seems doesnít match with the synthetic amplicons and Ií can not understand why. Does somebody has any explanation or suggestion?
Many thanks in advances.
