| Aloha from Hawaii ![]() I am using Rotor Gene 6000 36 well Rotor, I would like to switch to 100 well rotor. I will be setting it up manually. Does anybody have experience with that rotor? Is it difficult to set it up (due to small tubes size)? Does thermocycler spins the samples right a way? I am doing One step QPCR and I need my samples to spin (to remove air bubbles) before my first Hold cycle ( RT incubation time). If not how do you spin your 100 well discs? Thanks so much for all your help With Aloha A |
