Default BioRad EvaGreen and Roche 480 lightcycler

Has anyone tried using EvaGreen with a Roche 480 light cycler? I tried it for the 1st time today using protocol as outlined in the instructions for EvaGreen and did not get the typical sigmoid fluorescence curve - the exponential region did not appear linear. I'd love to hear if any lightcycler users have tried this dye.

Thanks, Leah

You can use evagreen, but you need to use the procedure compatible to Roche light cycler 480.
