 BioRad EvaGreen and Roche 480 lightcycler Has anyone tried using EvaGreen with a Roche 480 light cycler? I tried it for the 1st time today using protocol as outlined in the instructions for EvaGreen and did not get the typical sigmoid fluorescence curve - the exponential region did not appear linear.
