do you know how to run a melting curve after Taqman qPCR, which plateform can be used as ,

It's simple not possible to perform a melting curve with TaqMan probes. You can do it with intercalating dyes, FRET or molecular beacon probes, but not with TaqMan because the probes are hydrolyzed during the PCR reaction.

Melting curves with Taqman assays are not possible as the probe is destroyed during amplification.
