Default MGB probes

Hello!

I have copied a real-time PCR from a paper to my lab. The PCR uses a MGB probe. I transfered the PCR from ABI to Rotor Gene and I get a whole lot of unspecific curves after 30th cycle.
My temperature protocol...
95C 2min,
95C 15sec │
60C 30sec │ 45 X

Any recomendations?
