| Hello! I have copied a real-time PCR from a paper to my lab. The PCR uses a MGB probe. I transfered the PCR from ABI to Rotor Gene and I get a whole lot of unspecific curves after 30th cycle. ![]() My temperature protocol... 95°C 2min, 95°C 15sec │ 60°C 30sec │ 45 X Any recomendations? |
