| Hi everyone! I m a newbie in doing qRT-PCR with Taqman probes. I encountered some weird amplification curve after i did my PCR. Firstly, the RFU signal for my amplification is quite low (app 300 RFU unit), which causing dificulties in separating the noise n the amplification curve. Secondly, I have amplification curve which kind of "floating" above the thersehold line. Is it bcoz of probe degradation? I did attached my amplification graph for a clearer pic of wat i meant. Really need help here! |
