| We are trying to evaluate our probe design by using synthetic target mimics. The probes were designed by a Bioinformatician. My boss was assuming that the change in Ct values between the concentrations for each individual target should be the same for all of the 50 different targets. We are not using a reference gene or any controls. The differences between 10 pM and 1 pM target can range from 3.43 to 2.85 to 5 for different targets. Can anyone help me. |
