If you want a fair judgement you'll need the opinion of people that actually use those systems. An opinion on which is better will be difficult for one person, unless somebody moved from one lab to another that has different qPCR equipment.
I will be able to give you my opinion about one of the systems mentioned.
We have two qPCR systems and one of them is LC480. I was able to compare this one with capillary system and system based on peltier plate, so my opinionis rely on this only (I didn't have access to other plate systems).
Basically I like LC480 very much because it offers one of the best software that really simplifies the calculation. The visualization is also excellent.
I performed various experiments on this - very versatile, but it seems to be the feature of most qPCR systems. Basic info, such as HRM and gene scanning soft you can find using the Internet. What is really important that the system is really well equipped with soft, new features are often added, new reagents mixes, Roche's master mixes can be used to many various assays and - if needed - you can try other reagents and it works fine.
We had only one problem with lamp module - sorted within one day. And here it's quite important what kind of people work there in the service...
Bear in mind that LC480 is not the cheapest system, but I cannot compare it to other two systems you mentioned.
I hope I halped you a bit. If you meant other features let me know so I may help you more.
It doesn't matter if you fall down as long as you pick something up from the floor when you get up.
