| Hi, every body ok? Well, i'm working with TLRs expression (150 pb), and i use Syber green, not the power, (12.5 ul) for 25 ul total master mix. I like to know if exist others master that used less syber (remember the global crisis). I read and hear any comments about the use of 5 ul of syber for a 10 ul of total master mix. Any one of you use this quantity or other?? Thank you and good work for you. |

| I use 5ul of SYBR mix per 10ul reaction, but it still depends on the type of mix you use (I've used Roche and Fermentas so far). You will have to carefully normalize your reaction and check whether your reaction works in 10ul. |
