| How much fluorescence intensity in real time PCR reaction usually gives a detectable band in agarose gel electrophoresis? I usually got very typical sigmoidal curve of real time PCR with clear Ct value and acceptable MT curve, but no band is detectable in gel, do you have any idea? |
