| Hi. Im conducting Q RTPCR (quantitative RT-PCR). The problem is Im not getting the changes I expect. I only expected to see changes of about 23-32% in my gene after manipulation. My variance Ct is 0.15-0.25 of my triplicates. The problem is that this variance is close to the changes I expect to see between cDNAs! Is this variance CT 0.15-0.25 normally observed in these pcrs? is there anything i could do better with my pcrs? thankx wex |
