| Dear all, I set performed a qPCR based on SYBR green chemistry. I have selected the right protocol but in the end I chose FAM-490 as fluorochrome instead of SYBR-490. My question is the following: do they have the same excitation and emission wavelength? If so can I consider the data form this qPCR correct?? Cheers, Alex |
